I accept Paypal payments only, which must be made within 3 days of purchase. If you don’t have an account, you can still pay through Paypal as easy, you just need a credit card.

For Spanish customers, bank transfers are accepted.

I ship by Spanish standard post service. Unless otherwise noted in the listing I will ship your item within 3 business days of payment. After that, delivery times will depend on destination. The approximate delays, are:

Spain: 3-5 days
European Union: up to 2 weeks
USA: up to 2-3 weeks
International: up to 2-4 weeks (depends on destination)

If you need an express delivery, send me a convo and I can quote you a fee for shipping by express mail.

To try to keep shipping costs low, my rates are for ordinary shipping, no tracking number or insurance. Contact me if you are interested. I cannot therefore be responsible for delays in delivery after an item is shipped nor damages during transit. I take care to pack my pieces carefully to avoid any damages.

If your Etsy and Paypal addresses do not match, make sure to specify in the "message to seller" which one you want used. If nothing is specified, the address on the Etsy invoice will be used.

Any taxes or customs charges that might be due in your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are purchasing a gift and want it shipped to a different address, let me know in the "message to seller" option.

Shipping includes postage and all packaging materials. Jewelry items are shipped in an organza pouch that is suitable for gift-giving. If you need premium packaging for a special gift, I have options for you. Send me a convo and I might be able to accommodate your needs.

Special orders are welcome, special sizes or variations on an existing listing, or an entirely custom order. Contact me and we will discuss options.

I make every effort to present images of each piece that is close as possible to the original one; however, colors may be slightly different from monitor to monitor due to the settings, etc.
